My Review of Sport Mazda:
Great experience. We were able to find a reasonably priced car for our teenage son. the staff treated us great and made the transaction pleasurable.

Also, the title and tag processing was very efficient. We had driven over from St. Pete to buy the car and they helped get us back on the road quickly.

My Review of Sport Mazda:
Sport Mazda's people worked as a team. I checked with Yahoo/TruCar's car research about Mazda 3 first and Earnest Evans and Lenny Parnell contacted me quickly from the contact link at Yahoo.

On the day of appointment, Victor Ortiz showed me the cars and accompanied me and later my friend for the test drives. Jason Santiago followed up quickly withe the price negotiation. Earnest Evans and Michael Ross handled the closing a few days later. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. However, I would give the highest mark to Victor Ortiz. He followed up everyday to update me on the deliver of my new car to the dealership and ordering and installation of my optional equipment. I later found out that Earnest Evans got the credit for the sale, assuming he was the one contact me first, but Victor Ortiz is the one did most of the works.

Barby Irby was such a pleasure to work with. She found my car and had it ready when promised. She made the entire process so easy. I started a new job and had reservations about purchasing the car, but she was able to calm my nerves and now I love driving my Miata!

Jason Santiago, Lenny Parnell, and Micahel Ross all were great to work with too.

Charles was an awesome salesman. Helped us find the perfect car we were lookin for. Ended up walkin out of the store with a Mazda3 Sport Hatchback, which we love!!! Ross was wonderful!!! He was more than helpful and is still helpin us with anyything we need. Love love love this dealership and would def reccomend to anyy of myy friends and familyy. Especiallyy Ross :) Thanks!!

Beth was a breath of fresh air. You don't find many car sales persons like her. So far she assisted our family in the process of buying two cars within a month and a half. She spoke our language (Spanish), she demonstrated a good knowledge of this business, she she took into consideration our situations and did not try to put us in a car contract that was beyond our financial means, she remembered our names, and followed up with us when she said she would. You know Beth is good when you hear former customers saying good things to potential knew customers while you wait for her to assist you. (We were eavesdropping intentionally and thank goodness we did. LOL)We will continue to recommend her services to others.

My Review of Sport Mazda:
I was recommended to Beth by my parents. They had purchased a Mazda CX7 over 1 year ago from Beth. I started be telling Beth that my credit was not very good, yet she said she would help me by showing me options available to me. I had visited a different dealership that day that basically told me that they could not help me get into a new car; I had felt embarrased and hopeless. Beth in the other hand made me feel welcome; I never felt judged. She was very patient and took the time to show me several vehicles that would fit my budget. I was able to test drive a couple vehicles until I found the 2010 Mazda 3 2.5L that had everything I was looking for. Very happy with the selection. Thank you Beth and Mazda Team for all the help.
