Poor experience Several things to mentioned. 1. The finance and sales manager tried to get me to complete a final deal and sign paperwork on a car that was not at th Several things to mentioned. 1. The finance and sales manager tried to get me to complete a final deal and sign paperwork on a car that was not at the dealership and that I did not see and drive. 2. Felt taking advantage of because I was alone as a women 3. The two managers did not congratulate me on the purchase and/or say thank you 4. Due to the late deal, I was asked to return another day for a "detail" on the new car. Returned to the dealership which was totally out of my way to see after the car was complete that it was not a detail but a poor carwash. The poorly done wash was mentioned to my sales lady during the time I was wiping the dirt off the car with my hand. My sales person got a dry paper towel to wipe the dirt. Ridicules, as I asked her to stop and mentioned to her manager that my car was not detailed, it was poorly washed. My first bad car buying experience in 30 years and I have purchased 9 cars. I absolutely do not recommend this dealership. More

Bait and switch I came in to buy a used vehicle. They recommended a new car and agreed upon a price. The financing took a day and when I went in the next day they had I came in to buy a used vehicle. A new manager didn't want to honor the deal and was really rude. Then he shredded the paper that had the original deal in front of me. They are dishonest and I wouldn't recommend them. More

I had spoken to Rodney Bentley on the phone prior to my visit and we had agreed to a price and his word was true as it was still that price when I arrived. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also had a trade in that I felt was a little undervalued, but he and his manager met me half way and made for a great experience. There was close to 0 percent haggling due to them offering a price that was much better than any other I had been offered. Overall I was very satisfied with the purchase experience, even with the financing department as the man I worked with also had a great demeanor. I did spend a few hours there working on the buying and trade, but nothing out of the norm that is expected in the car buying process. I would highly recommend this dealership if you would like to have a no frills and low stress car buying/selling experience. More

He is outstanding and listened to what I was looking for and where I was in the process of purchasing. He knew he wasn't going to sell me a car my first day there and knew I was trying to decide what model of Subaru and whether Subaru or another type of non-Subaru vehicle. However he went out of his way to provide all of the information he could. We went out on a test drive for one of the two vehicles I wanted to try out. The other wasn't available on the premises and he indicated he would call me or email me when it arrived so I could come in to test drive. Chris has been selling vehicles for years. You could tell how he handled himself that this was the perfect salesman for me deal with. Chris has been so low keyed that I have only received one email from him since I was into the dealership. That is what I prefer, can't stand the salespeople that won't leave you alone and contact you constantly. Farrish Subaru and especially Chris Wolf, have won my business and should I decide one of the two models is my choice for my next new car, I will be back there to work a deal. Keep up the good work and all of your salespeople should be looking to Chris for how to assist a customer who is looking for their next car. More
