Always surprising, but never surprised. Every time I take my car to Infiniti of Gwinnett, I'm always surprised with the level of service - not the level of service provided by Infiniti (I've Every time I take my car to Infiniti of Gwinnett, I'm always surprised with the level of service - not the level of service provided by Infiniti (I've come to expect great service from the Gwinnett team), but the fact that other businesses don't seem to take customer service as seriously as they do at Infiniti - so a visit to Infiniti is a reminder of how poorly many other companies show their customers how valued they are - which is definitely surprising! What stands out to me is the consistency of the service provided - whether that is sales, service, or finance. On my last visit to the Service Dept., I had a question for Finance, and before I could even ask for assistance, the Finance person (I wish I could recall his name) stepped out of his office and asked me if I needed anything. We ended up talking for 30 minutes, and in addition to answering my questions he gave me some tickets to the senior tour golf tournament! Please pass on my appreciation to the entire Gwinnett team - awesome job every time! Michael Manson More

We set up a test drive for the vehicle reviewed and it was ready by the time I arrived. Richard also took time to provide information on several alternates in the same price line. My experience at Infiniti of Gwinnett was pleasant, informative, and no pressure. It was a casual conversation describing my needs and budget than a sales pitch when he was talking to me. After the test drive Richard put a few numbers together, I left and thought about it, a day later I decided to trade in my old vehicle. Although Infiniti of Gwinnett does not negotiate with online sales prices, Richard offered a deal that I could work with on my trade in. Also when I returned to complete the deal Richard pointed out a scratch that was missed by both of us on the initial test drive, but an agreeable discount was given and I proceeded with the purchase. It's been a few days since I purchased the vehicle, and Richard still follows up with me to see if I am satisfied with my purchase. He's also advised to let him know if I should have any concerns in the future. I'm very pleased with his level of customer service. I recommend Richard to anyone who's in the market for an Infiniti. More

"HAPPY AS A CLAM" I had visited another dealership and just could not get the deal I wanted despite driving over an hour and spending a whole day there. When I contacted Gwinnette Infiniti via the internet I was put in touch with Dragan. I asked him the hard questions and he answered each one quickly and honestly. I drove an hour and a half to the dealership and they had arranged to have the exact car I wanted waiting for me. I met with William Rush and immediately test drove it. He was so knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the many bells and whistles that my previous car didn't have. There were absolutely no surprises when I got there and no pressure whatsoever. I got the payment I needed and Goran whizzed through the financial paperwork and I was soon on my way home. My new QX50 fits me like a glove. This was the best car buying experience I ever had and believe me I'm not that easy to please. More
