Awesome! I was debating between the Lexus RX 350 and the Acura MDX. When I saw the new and improved Lexus RX 350 F-sport for 2016, I was sold! So off I went to I was debating between the Lexus RX 350 and the Acura MDX. When I saw the new and improved Lexus RX 350 F-sport for 2016, I was sold! So off I went to Lexus of Albuquerque with my list of must haves...the first "must" was dealing with Kassandra. I had a friend who purchased her new Lexus with the help of Kassandra, and so she came with a great recommendation to work with. Kassandra was incredible to work with! She was pleasant, fun, patient and oh SO knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted. I came in with a rather tough list of options that I had to have, and not easy being that the 2016's had not arrived in Albuquerque--so mine would be the very first. Kassandra worked her magic in getting me my "baby" with EVERYTHING I wanted! And even though it wasn't Christmas, I wanted a big red bow on it--Kassandra made that happen too! Overall, this was by far the best new car purchase I have ever made. Not only do I absolutely LOVE my Lexus, but the customer service and attention to detail was excellent. I have since dealt with the service department, and found that they are wonderful as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Lexus of Albuquerque! More
