I should tell you that I haven't purchased a new car in over 35 years and was a bit confused as the process has changed a lot over the years. Chris walked me through what was involved from the practical to the technical and explained the financial considerations. In response to a question from me, I learned that Chris has been marketing Subaru's for 17 years. I was not surprised to hear that. If you have the pleasure of dealing with Chris, you will find yourself in good hands with a very knowledgeable and experienced professional. I did not buy a new car yesterday and I was not pressured to do so...I like that! A big part of a successful large purchase like a car is the "comfort factor".
