My experience at Tucson Subaru was phenomenal. Estevan Rosas was very knowledgeable, friendly and beyond helpful. All of the above is why I returned to him when i was ready to get a new car. Kevin Gribble helped with finance was also extremely helpful. I work in customer service so I generally find myself somewhat dissatisfied consuming customer service and i was VERY pleasantly satisfied with the service, information, professionalism and most importantly positive friendly demeanor that both Estevan and Kevin provided. 5 star customer service across the board. Dealership is excellent, but the secret to the sauce is the employees. Their professionalism and individual aproach to each client and each sale to make sure everyone goes home happy is the biggest thing t the employees. This is my 2nd vehicle from Tucson Subaru, both times went very fast and smooth. During this visit both Edgar and Kevin made the process of leasing a Solterra very fast and easy. I got in a test drive wi went very fast and smooth. During this visit both Edgar and Kevin made the process of leasing a Solterra very fast and easy. I got in a test drive within ~15min of arriving at the dealership and had finished the leasing process within a few hours. They did not push me to sign up to pay for any optional services that I was hesitant about which was much appreciated. More
