Great first experience with the Service shop! This was my first experience with the Walters' Service side of the house. All went perfectly (essentially it was an oil change and just checking all the other stuff you do when you're in there anyway) and I was out sooner than they'd estimated. David Greene was my Service Advisor and he was very helpful and courteous. I expect I will ask for him again when I come back for "service B" at 20,000 or two years...I'm looking forward to Walters' getting the wash bay built that will allow the Sprinter vans to get washed too. It's so big, most places can't do it, so having the opportunity at the dealership will be a HUGE draw!! Brent More

Excellent service! I went into Walters on my lunch break expecting to take a look at a few vehicles and see what my options were. I was extremely nervous because this was my first time getting a car without my parents being present and needless to say Rashad and Bryan made the process as seamless as possible. They made sure I was comfortable and were extremely thorough in explaining every detail I needed to know.
