Amazing Buying Experience with Sonny Singh!!! I had been on a quest, searching for over a year for my Range Rover Sport. I found one at land rover of norwood. When I walked in, I was introduced to Sonny Singh (sales guide). He provided me with excellent service, I was very neverous about such an expensive purchase. Sonny was very hospitable and accommodating, I felt relax and enjoyed the purchase experience. I had my Range Rover Sport purchase done in less than 2 hours and they even delivered the car to me. Now this is the "WOW" factor you look with land rover. Sonny was terrific and I will recommend him to all my family and friends if they interested in a land rover! More
Do NOT buy a Car from Kaplan Auto!!! Absolute worst service for any auto dealer I have ever worked with. Bout two cars there. Had an appointment for our Land Rover Sport with loaner car reserved. Made the a for any auto dealer I have ever worked with. Bout two cars there. Had an appointment for our Land Rover Sport with loaner car reserved. Made the appointment 5 weeks prior. When we went to drop off the car there was no loaner. The building manager was useless and actually refused to introduce himself when my wife first inquired about having someone help her. Do not ever buy a car from Kaplan because when you drive off they forget all about you and will not provide service you would expect from a high end dealership. Sorry Z. You have been the only good thing there, but this is twice we have had a terrible experience with service. More

Easy to buy but terrible service I bought a LR4 from Kaplan several years ago and always have brought it for service there. However the quality of the department has declined badly and my last experience with them was so bad I won't be going back. LR service is expensive and frequent, so a good department makes a big difference. I suggest you look at other dealers that put more effort into their service department because this one is truly terrible in every way. More
