When I signed a deal on 2017 certified Camry (~6600 miles), he said that when I pick up the car it will be cleaned like a new car. He also promised to give me two oil change coupon. When I picked up the car it was dark, so couldn’t check interior or exterior. He only gave me one oil change coupon and told me that I will get 2nd coupon when I go pick up the license plate. Next day I saw very bad paint scratch on the door and car wasn’t clean inside. The paint scratch wasn’t there when I saw the car first time at the dealership. I called Andy Beloff and he told me that he will take a look when I go pick up the license plate. He was very rude (completely opposite than when he sold me the vehicle) and said they will try to paint the scratch but cannot promise that it will go away. The scratch did not go away and they did not clean the car inside. When I asked for 2nd oil change coupon, he said he doesn’t have time today for the coupon! My SUV was ordered within 24 hours of contacting them, and they kept me in the loop throughout the 4-5 weeks wait for the vehicle. Go there for excellent service but not for purchasing vehicl This is the fourth and last Toyota I will buy from this dealership. I have had to call my salesperson several times already to have him fax the neces This is the fourth and last Toyota I will buy from this dealership. I have had to call my salesperson several times already to have him fax the necessary documents to my insurance agent so the new car I bought can be put on my insurance policy. To date it has taken 4 days to send three pieces of paper via fax. Unbelievable. Finally had to speak with the service manager in order to get anything accomplished, but still waiting to see if he sends what he is supposed to send. They are eager to take your money, but not so great with follow-up on paperwork. The service department is top-notch, and I will continue to take my vehicles there for maintenance; however, the sales department is disorganized and not at all helpful. Will purchase any future Toyotas from other dealers. More
