Was very professional and had an extensive knowledge of every car they sold there. We bought a 2018 VW Atlas and we could not be any happier with our car and our experiences with Hendrick VW of Concord. We will return for sure. More

We started out our day knowing we wanted a VW Atlas and we were honest with Robert that we were "shopping" all the dealerships in the area in search of the best deal. He was very kind and gentle in his approach, very well-mannered, and given our experiences with the other dealerships, he was hands down the best! He was not pushy or insistent in any way, much unlike some of the others. He told us he would check in with us later in the day, and he did, but only to see how our search was going. When we were ready to make our final decision, he worked with us and not only got us the car in the color we wanted but a step up to the Premium, and for the best price of the day! We were totally satisfied! RD was knowledgeable, but he was also genuinely personable! He made our experience over the top! We highly recommend Hendrick Volkswagen and RD! More

Great buying experience I recently made a purchase of a pre-owned vehicle at Hendrick VW of Concord. The experience was the best I’ve had with any dealerships. The sales person BreAnna was a true professional in all aspects. She provided expert knowledge of the vehicle and great personal touch. I originally saw the car online and fill out the ‘contact us’ form. Within ten minutes BreAnna called with detailed information. Within the next hour I was test driving the car with her. Two hours later we were finalizing the deal. I’m usually as slow decider with large purchases, however, BreAnna made it easy to decide. The dealership surrounding added a great touch as well The layout, comfortable chairs, support staff helped make it a great purchase experience. Also, my kids loved the popcorn. Overall I would purchase again from the dealership and recommend others to purchase there. The only drawback was with the finance manager. He seemed irritated during the negotiation process. That was the only reason I didn’t give five stars. Thx More

When I say "we", I mean my Mother, my Husband, and myself--as it took all of us to purchase this vehicle that I fell in love with during a 3-year lease. Robert, and all of those that we dealt with, knew that we had a unique situation, and made sure that it was as easy on all of us as possible. My Mother wanted to adopt him. He definitely was a sweetheart, but he also maintained utmost professionalism and hung in there with us until the deal was done--never once showing any impatience or having anything other than a smile for us all. Amazing people I tagged along with a friend, as she knew I needed a car too, but I didn't think in a million years that I would be approved as easily as I was! Failure to give customer a call back for service request Called at 3:41 pm and was informed that all Service Advisors were busy. I requested that someone from service give me a call about the check engine Called at 3:41 pm and was informed that all Service Advisors were busy. I requested that someone from service give me a call about the check engine light on in my car. I informed the lady from the service dept that the e-vap system was the problem and that I needed to speak with a service advisor. I requested that some one call me asap about when to bring my car in for a repair. I waited over a hour and no one returned my call. After 1 hour and 19 minutes I drove to the dealership service department and saw 2 service personnel standing at their stations and no customers waiting to be serviced. I also observed only 1 vehicle parked in the service area. Upon my arrival I was greeted by Marcus and I informed him that I had called over a hour ago and no one returned my call for getting my vehicle repaired. I informed him what was going on with my car. And he informed me that I needed to make an appointment and it will cost $89.00 to check and see what was wrong with my vehicle and then I would know how long the repair will take and how much it cost to get it repaired. I informed Marcus that it would have been nice if someone had returned my call and saved me a trip from driving to the Dealership and be told that I needed an appointment and the first one available is 7am Tuesday, 09/19/2017. I arrived home and logged on and discovered that the first available appointment was available at 5:40pm Monday, 09/18/2017. This is unacceptable service and I have been having my vehicle serviced at this Dealership since moving to Charlotte 4 years ago. More
