My Mercedes is exactly what I wanted and without the help of this dealership I wouldn't have got the deal and the vehicle I wanted. More

My search began almost 3 months ago when I decided it was time to trade in a Sedan and get an SUV. Being a father, I didnt want to drive a "daddy" car so I finally decided that the only decent and cool vehicle for a father is a Cayenne- Sport! I began by searching for place online. I took a look at the KBB to see what the estimated prices would be so I wouldn't be getting ripped off. I looked at several vehicles with various mileages and kept on searching. My next place to look was PaulMillerPorsche in Parsipanny NJ. PMP had a wide variety of beautiful choices, I mean you cant go wrong there however the prices were a lot more then I thought they would be and the car salesmen (although professional) were very insistent. My next target was looking at independent dealerships, I feel like these dealerships have more fluctuation in price and can bring down the price lower. I looked at Brad Benson, Crystal Auto Mall, Meadowlands, and went back to searching online. I came across 21 Century Auto Group on Facebook when my friend liked several pictures and one included a Porsche Cayenne. I called to inquire about it and they actually gave me a little more info. In previous times, everyone always wanted me to come in to meet with a salesman and get more information on the vehicle. (that was annoying). Tiffany was fantastic- very polite. She gave me a bit more details and I finally set up an appointment with Rafael. The salesman was picked out for me. Rafael was great as well. He worked out every little detail and brought down the price substantially. I wasn't being sold another vehicle and upon arriving to my appointment, was taken to see the car almost immediately. The SUV was perfect and even had the sport package. I realized that one of the rims on the right hand side was scraped, knowing they sold used cars I figured they wouldn't even care. Rafael guaranteed to have it taken care of. I felt like I was in the right hands all along. I purchased my vehicle last week and i took the time to write this because I found 21 Century Auto online and hope maybe others will discover it as well. Goodluck More

This is what the salesman at the dealership told us when we arrived: When I called the dealership to confirm if the car was available (before I left my house), the person who pick up my call was from an office and he didn't know which cars were physically at 21st Century Auto Group's lot. The salesmen at the dealership I was talking to then said that people like him who actually walk around the lot know which cars are in stock. (so calling the dealership is pointless) Clearly the salesmen was lying to me because he made us walk around for ten minutes until he "searched" inside the building. He knew well the car wasn't in stock and that he wanted to get on our good side so he easily persuade us to buy a different car later. After all, if the salesmen easily claimed that people like him know which cars are in stock because they are always walking around the lot, why did he make us walk around for 10 minutes trying to find it? Here are other flaws of the company: 1. The cars don't even show the list price for sale on the windows -- all they show is the original MSRP and the salesmen "claim" they will match the price of the car you saw online. 2. The salesmen will act friendly when you arrive so when the car you intended to purchase isn't there, you will be tempted to buy other more expensive alternates. I was impressed with how organized the business ran, like a well oiled machine, and could not be happier. I now have a brand new BMW that I'm so proud of. The right price When I purchased my vehicle at this dealership a month ago, I was hesitant to sign the deal. I looked at other dealerships and couldnt stand how pushy the salesman were but most of all, the prices for the car I wanted required me to settle for a vehicle with high mileage most of the time. Finally I took the risk. On April 10th I stopped by 21st Century Auto. Joseph was the first salesman I saw and he assisted me throughout. I could write a lot about this dealer but in all I think everyone looking for a great vehicle with a low price not wanting to settle for mediocrity should stop by this dealer. A good friend of mine was also looking to purchase and I recommended 21 Century but he decided to go elsewhere. What a dummy- he was totally ripped off. He and I now both take our cars to this dealer for service. Recently last week I took my car to get service due and Rafael was great. My car is running smoothly and my alerts were reset. I wanted to take some time to let others know how happy I am with everything and also let the staff know how my appointment went. More

Well I went to a dealership and was greeted by a Salesman mean Jeremy. I explained too Jeremy what car was looking for the etc.Jeremy went above and beyond he got the car ready for a test drive and we went. He knew this car in and out if he didn't go into such detail I probably would've passed on it. Overall if he didn't take the time to break down everything from price service and finance I most likely would have walked away and kept looking. Love my car and specially the price i paid bought a 2005 Nissan maxima with 89,000 miles on it for $5,000. I think that was a great price. Liars and very unprofessional people I live in Long Island and saw this car online and decided to go see it after work. She put me on hold and then came back saying the car is there. Drove two hours , got there and we were told they sent it to auction we JUST missed it.We were told it happens all the time and the names i gave them were people that work in another facility just to answer calls. Long story short, i wanted to make a complaint to there main owner:corpetation and everyone started with Why i didnt put money down on the car.. It was in an accident anyways thats why they got rid of it. Let me show you others... No one said let me compensate you for gad/ tolls anyhthing! Very rude and could care less and kept talking in circles about the number i wanted to complain. Iam going to report them everywhere i can letting everyone know they suck More
