A good friend of mine was also looking to purchase and I recommended 21 Century but he decided to go elsewhere. What a dummy- he was totally ripped off. He and I now both take our cars to this dealer for service. Recently last week I took my car to get service due and Rafael was great. My car is running smoothly and my alerts were reset. Well I went to a dealership and was greeted by a Salesman mean Jeremy. I explained too Jeremy what car was looking for the etc.Jeremy went above and beyond he got the car ready for a test drive and we went. He knew this car in and out if he didn't go into such detail I probably would've passed on it. Overall if he didn't take the time to break down everything from price service and finance I most likely would have walked away and kept looking. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends. More

Love my car and specially the price i paid bought a 2005 Nissan maxima with 89,000 miles on it for $5,000. I think that was a great price. Even took me to Barnes and nobles while the car was being cleaned. So I'd say that my experience went well. More

Liars and very unprofessional people I live in Long Island and saw this car online and decided to go see it after work. She put me on hold and then came back saying the car is there. Drove two hours , got there and we were told they sent it to auction we JUST missed it.We were told it happens all the time and the names i gave them were people that work in another facility just to answer calls. Long story short, i wanted to make a complaint to there main owner:corpetation and everyone started with Why i didnt put money down on the car.. It was in an accident anyways thats why they got rid of it. Let me show you others... No one said let me compensate you for gad/ tolls anyhthing! Very rude and could care less and kept talking in circles about the number i wanted to complain. Iam going to report them everywhere i can letting everyone know they suck More

I came to this dealership with my daughter and my mother and the young ladies set us up with a salesman right away. Not really knowing exactly what I was looking for, I really needed someone to be patient and helpful throughout our visit. Gus was exactly that. He helped us find the perfect car. It had all of the major qualities I wanted our family vehicle to have and the year and mileage was fantastic. I grew up in TN so my father taught me the basics of a great car but what I wasn't too familiar with came to prices and brands. Along with Gus, we compared the same vehicle with other places who had something similar/ same brand/ ~ miles, and I couldn't believe how much more the cost at other dealerships was. Needless to say, I couldn't pass up this opportunity and I am very happy with my purchase and I am taking this time just to express to Gus how happy he made us! More

21 Century Auto is very well put together. From the management team to sales and finance, everything with my purchase went smoothly and worked out great. They had plenty of salesmen offer me service wh management team to sales and finance, everything with my purchase went smoothly and worked out great. They had plenty of salesmen offer me service which at first was a little overwhelming but in the long run, I worked together with the perfect gentleman- Johan. Understandingly,I had to pay upfront fees charged by the dealership on my car but evenso, the price was fantastic and beat any other dealership I went to, some even without the fees! I honestly would give this place a great rating because from beginning to end, my sale went just as I wished any sale would go. I didn't feel rushed, didn't feel obligated to purchase and I felt very comfortable amongst the staff and the gentleman helping me with my purchase. I would NOT hesitate to recommend this dealership to others for beautiful luxury cars and a good spend. More
