After making me and my family drive for two hours, instead of admitting they didn't have the car, they tried to deter me from even asking to see it! The salesperson, Josef, launched into a tirade, denouncing the vehicle's history of accidents and alleged battery issues that he said were not disclosed in the Carfax report or on their website. Upon insisting on seeing the car, Josef summoned his manager, Louis, who brazenly claimed the online price was incorrect due to undisclosed rebates. I eventually purchased my Tesla Model X elsewhere, 21 Century stands out for its shocking lack of professionalism and integrity. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this dealership! More

Typical bait and switch. I called 2 hrs before I went to see the Model X, when i got there, after an almost 2 hr drive, that the car was sent to Tesla for repairs.
