My Review of Acura North Scottsdale:
I needed an oil change for my 2001 Acura CL. I made an appointment and arrived at the agreed upon time. I was met by an employee in the service bay area who took me in to see Bill Graham. Bill was very friendly, wrote up the paperwork and escorted me to the customer waiting area. <br><br>The waiting area was clean, had plenty of chairs, fresh coffee, TV and a business center (phones only).<br><br>When the service was done, Bill came to the waiting area and escorted me to the cashier. The entire process was painless.<br><br>My only concern was the time it took (1 1/2 hours for an oil change, inspection and air filter replacement). I'm used to the same services provided in about 1/2 the time at the dealership I used to go to in California. However - they did a fantastic job washing my car (free).<br><br>I will definitely return to this dealership for my future service needs.<br><br>
