I went to this dealership as I was looking for my first Acura. I test drove the TL and TSX and felt the TSX was a better fit for me. Brian was rude, disrespectful and made us feel that it would be a honor or privilege for us to buy a car from this dealership. I did my research on pricing before walking in and he quoted us on the high end and would not negotiate. Needless to say we left and I purchased my car from another dealership further from home for 2k less and worked with much nicer and friendly people. More

I had a bad experience at another dealership and decided for the same price they gave me I could purchase a new one. This purchase will be the 5th vehicle through this dealership - both new and used. The only reason I looked elsewhere was because the used model I was looking for wasn't at the used car lot. The internet sales manager answered my email and when I met him he showed me a few of the models and let me look them over without any sales pressure. I was able to obtain what the dealer invoice was and was shocked when he came within $100 of my price! The whole deal took only a couple of hours. There's a reason I'm a repeat customer for both their new and used vehicles. More
