About three to four years ago we visited this dealership because my husband had purchased an Acura TSX 2005 and loved the car. I was very disappointed with the dealership when I came in to look at new cars because my husband had purchased an Acura TSX 2005 and loved the car. I was very disappointed with the dealership when I came in to look at new cars. I was looking at the RDX at that time, and they were going to call me when the new ones came in. I received no call and the salesperson didn't seem to know much about the car and unwilling to answer questions. My husband took his car back to the dealership for oil changes and on the first two times the plug was not properly put back and the car leaked oil. He went someplace else for oil changes and maintenance. He received a recall notice and so went back to the dealership and received excellent service and this has continued. So I thought let's go back and see if it has changed from my first visit. It did! Our salesperson was very nice and he knew the car was going to be mine and worked with me as a prospective owner not just a rider in the car. He showed us many aspects of the car and assured us if we had any questions, to call him. He was very appreciative of the business. I must say everyone at the dealership was very nice and courteous. I definitely would recommend Norris West to anyone. More

A few days ago I signed on to lease a 2010 Acura TSX. I must say that I had an amazing experience with the staff at Norris Acura West. They spent so much time going over every detail with me and made sure must say that I had an amazing experience with the staff at Norris Acura West. They maintained a high level of professionalism and positive attitude throughout the day. The finance director Stacey was extremely helpful in making sure that my husband and I felt comfortable with the financing. We never felt rushed even though some parts of the deal took awhile. In today’s world customer service is lacking in many businesses but at Norris Acura the service went above and beyond. Even the general manager, Warren Paugh took time to come over and speak with us and his personable attitude made us feel extremely comfortable. I will be a repeat customer in the future and I would certainly recommend Norris Acura West to any of my friends or family. More

I wish I would have bought my car somewhere else. They have awful customer service. They tried to go up on the price of the car after we settled on a price and then didn't inspect the car to make sure eve have awful customer service. The radio didn't even work after been notified of the problem days before, they didn't have all the keys to the vehicle and didn't clean a spot on the back seat and know I've noticed a dent in the front of the car that was pre-existing. I had to waste my time going back to the deal to get my keyless entry keys but not to my surpise they didn't have but one in stock and they suppose to give me 2. All they offered was to show me accessories to buy instead of giving me one of them free after all this headace. Now I got to go back to the deal and get the second keyless entry device. They didn't even offer to pay me for my time. I highly recommend buying somewhere else even if it is a little more expensive!!! More
I was completely screwed by this dealership. They sold me a LEMON Acura CL-S and refused to replace it. Five transmissions and three years later, I sold it to CarMax. My attorney said we would win a lawsui a LEMON Acura CL-S and refused to replace it. Five transmissions and three years later, I sold it to CarMax. My attorney said we would win a lawsuit in court, but that it could be dragged through the courts for years based on his experience with Honda America, Inc. and this dealership. Don't trust these people. More
