My Review Of Acura of Orange Park:

I was satisfied with the customer service although I was disappointed to learn that an owners manual for my Acura TL 2004 would cost $167.00 to order. I think that is insane. So I passed and hope that I can get one from my boyfriends dealership down the road for free. He hasn't found one yet though...LOL.

My Review Of Acura of Orange Park:

My experience at the dealership was positive. I went in for a routine oil change and the service staff, including the technicians were polite, informative and efficient. My vehicle was serviced for what it was brought in for and assessed for other potential problems; of which no others were found. The car was washed and vacuumed before being returned to me.

My Review Of Acura of Orange Park:

Excellent experience with Acura of Orange Park service department. The dealership called me and informed me of a recall on my vehicle. Not only did they correct the recall problem but gave me a complimentary loaner, car wash, and even checked my car out for any other maintenance issues. Very friendly staff as well!! If I was going to buy a car in the near future, Acura of Orange Park would be the first place I would stop.

This is my second MDX in six years. Don't know if I will ever own another vehicle. We've dealt with Acura of Orange Park on both purchases. They are very professional and the service department is like no other.

Khalil has been consistent over the years I had a 2007 RL each visit was always above the expected/required service. Khalil is the reason I choose Acura of Orange Park to purchase my new 2012 TL. The service department represents your brand of excellence

I gave thie rating because for almost 2 years I've been getting my vehicle serviced there and every time the staff always goes over and beyond to make sure my car is in excellent condition and they make sure I'm a happy customer..

My Review Of Acura of Orange Park:

Thank you to everyone at Acura of Orange Park for your patience and willingness to answer my many questions about my brand new 2013 Acura TL. After about four hours of shopping and asking a million questions I returned the next morning fully ready and excited to buy my new car. I had my 4 y/o daughter with me and expected a bit of hastle trying to watch her and finish the paper work on the car. However, once again the staff was amazing with me and patient with my little one throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Gigi for going out of her way for me and my daughter. After signing the paper work for the car I felt like my service only improved. Before leaving the car lot a sales person made sure that my car was detailed and the gas tank topped off. Thank you again for everything and I love my new car. V/R Proud Acura owner.

My Review Of Acura of Orange Park:

Terrible most humiliating experience ever!....This dealer has "great" and friendly employees. Sure they will be friendly when all they want is to sell no matter what! I went to this dealership because I made a quotes estimate for a trade-in and as usual the website sent off my information to various dealerships. I was contacted by several but to all of them including this one I was clear that I was not sure whether I wanted to trade just yet or not. The rest of the dealerships got the message but Gigi Sellers kept calling me. I finally drove by being very specific to her that I was not sure of what I wanted that I just wanted to keep my compromise of coming by so she would stop calling. One minute I'm telling her what I wanted eventually if the trade were to be made and the other she has sent another seller to keep working with me and had left. This other seller tells me that the best way to know what I would qualify for was checking my credit and I agreed not before being clear about how I obtained my income since this is not my first car and I knew the proceedings regarding to the proof of income. His answer was not to worry they would take care of it and a while later he hands me the key to my "new car". One month later after my trade was paid off. I get a call from Gigi Sellers telling me that I have to come back to "down grade" my car because the loaner would not accept my proof of income and later on in the same day Gregory Fouche calls me to tell me that I have to bring the car back and take mine because they could not finance it. A MONTH later. What upsets me the most is the fact that I was clear with them from the beginning and the greediness of selling over powered the professionalism ending up in a absolutely humiliating mess for me. I tried to finance through my insurance company but they would not do it because the price that they had sold me the car (which was used) was 4,000 over the black book price therefor they saw no need to make the loan for such amount. I will never recommend this dealer!
