My husband and I have worked with Shannon before for our car's routine service. I recently called because the shock absorbers in my trunk broke and the trunk would not stay open. I was in a panic because car's routine service. I recently called because the shock absorbers in my trunk broke and the trunk would not stay open. I was in a panic because I was leaving for vacation and was unable to use the trunk. Shannon was very helpful and made sure to have the parts sent the next day. She went out of her way to have my trunk fixed and have me come in at my convenience . Although I waited with my children, she had the car ready as soon as she could.
