We already had a car on mind since we browsed through the Advantage Chevy website beforehand. Once we walked in, someone immediately attended us. This person was Victor Riley, who was attentive and informative throughout the entire sales of a 2017 Chevy Cruze. He was able to find the car we had in mind with the little information we had given him and provided us with more details. Victor seemed very knowledgeable because he answered all our questions with no hesitation. Afterwards we met with Ryan Sitter, who took take of the finances. Ryan made the financing portion much easier to understand, as he provided a summary for all the documents involved in the purchase. We felt that this Chevy dealer is genuine and considerate of their customers because they ensured that we understood everything and did not hide any secrets from us. The entire staff was friendly and enthusiastic of their work, I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a new car. Plus you get to hit the gong at the end for good luck! More

PATIENCE AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE GOT ME MY CAR I came in with exceptions of a car color for my new 2017 Malibu based on a picture I saw on line that appeared to be a "lighter blue". When the car w I came in with exceptions of a car color for my new 2017 Malibu based on a picture I saw on line that appeared to be a "lighter blue". When the car was retrieved using the picture I had printed out, it was a dark blue like the one I was trading in. It was decided when the picture was taken, the lighting apparently changed the color enough to make it look lighter blue than it really was. I got over my disappointment and took a test drive and like the Malibu I was trading in, this Malibu was everything I wanted and more. After much deliberation with my sales rep, John Montgomery, who was so pleasant and patient with me, I decided to step out of the box and bought one in silver instead. Then Ryan Sitter, Finance Manager, managed to get me not only the monthly payment I needed, but a 7 year warranty as well. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty by calling the bank and working with them to get me what I needed so I could stay in my budget. I drove home happy and feeling great about this car buying experience. More
