My experience with the service department met all stereotypes. Promising and not delivering, not letting me know car won’t be ready for another day to reset a radio and also telling me they will get stereotypes. Promising and not delivering, not letting me know car won’t be ready for another day to reset a radio and also telling me they will get back to me on question in 2 weeks and never getting back until I came in for service 3 months later. Glad I am done with complimentary service but they won’t see me again. Oh and I just bought another come but from Hyundai More
