I just wanted to express how helpful and how amazing Margie was at this location. She gave me excellent customer service that you could only dream of having. I had lingering questions and concerns about my car that she answered and handled gracefully. That uneasy feeling you have at dealerships was abated with Margie. I really felt she valued me as a customer. Its super rare these days to be attended by someone who genuinely cares especially when it comes to concerns about your car. Basil was very patient with us in making a final decision to purchase a new auto. He showed us the models and explained a lot when comparing them. I have sought him as my rep for several autos now and will to purchase a new auto. He showed us the models and explained a lot when comparing them. I have sought him as my rep for several autos now and will continue to do so. Andy is outstanding in Service, always keeps me informed and knows his craft well. Everyone is always so nice at this location. My only comment is that I now have both a 2021 Highlander Hybrid and a 2024 Highlander Hybrid Platinum and the 2021 model is so much easier to use the multimedia console than the 2024. The integrated video camera is also difficult to use and a few days later are unsure as to how. I went online and found a manual for the video camera, which was large, and it is not very clear. I really much prefer the console on the 2021 since it is 100% much more user friendly than the 2024. More

Overall, good experience. The person that was helping me & telling me what was going to be done in the service was nice & informative. Will not be a return buyer. After 3+ months with the car and I am still not convinced I made the right choice with my purchase. On the day of purchasing when I asked about the m After 3+ months with the car and I am still not convinced I made the right choice with my purchase. On the day of purchasing when I asked about the missing charger cable, Mike Tapolow, said the car did not come with it. So, I basically traded my 2000 Honda Accord with 104K miles (offered $200 as trade in) for the charging cable. Now, I find out the wheel lock key is missing and need to purchase it from another Toyota dealership nearer to me. Small gestures about caring for the customer goes a long way. I didn’t feel the sales team really cared. The Finance Dept. rep was awesome though, she deserves a raise for her professional handling of the financial paperwork. The biggest negative is the difference in advertised price vs actual price of the car because the needed “practice in LI dealership” to add $1995 to the advertised price. Not cool. I still decided to purchase the car as I needed a car for the winter but won’t be a return buyer nor will I be recommending Advantage Toyota. More
