Also my Finance Manager Luis Valdes provided me with excellent customer service and explained everything to me in detail as well. The Manager provided me excellent customer service as well. I wish Lakeem and Alex could talk a little slower (LOL) and maybe think more about how to let first-time buyer understand the whole thing totally, especially price-related. It is fine, I understand it is partially our own problem since we were less assertive in all the conversations and either we are less experienced buyer.
