Maybe I came on a bad day. I usually don't go to dealers for service because of past bad experiences, but I have the two-year free maintenance coverage. I also had an issue with the car bluetooth, which I described to the girl making the appointment and the intake service man. Needless to say, because I didn't tell a third person - the assistant at the computer, my bluetooth issue was not resolved and I have to return for that - not a convenient thing. More

The oil change, tire rotation and courtesy inspection were all handled efficiently and professionally. My advisor Andrew Zollinger did his usual great job of discussing with me the work being performed and periodically keeping me posted as to the progress of the maintenance. He has advised me on my last 3-4 visits: Andrew has always been very honest, courteous and professional in his dealings with me. I am very satisfied with the service. My car is now eleven (11) years old. I have found that as long as I follow the maintenance schedule advised by Toyota, the car just continues to run like it did the first day I bought it. More

Service I called in on Tuesday at 3:30 PM to get some help because I had just discovered that my passenger side rear light was out. They took me in immediately and within an hour the rear light was changed and the front light also, because that had gone out and I hadnt known it. The bill came out less than the original estimate.
