Best car purchase I have purchased many cars in my days but I have never had an experience like I had with airport honda. My salesman Dan Sanford was extremely helpful, He didnt make me feel pressured. Dannor only answered all my questions but also took time to explain everything I needed to know about my new car. A great experience I had an appointment to get the oil changed in my 2013 Honda Fit. By the time I left the dealership, I was driving a 2016 Honda Fit. When I arrived, I had an appointment to get the oil changed in my 2013 Honda Fit. By the time I left the dealership, I was driving a 2016 Honda Fit. When I arrived, I was met by Henry Love, who stated he wanted to show me the 2016 and talk about me upgrading to the newer car. If it had been any other salesman I probably would not have listened, but he worked with my brother a couple months ago when he was getting a new car, and he was the initial person I spoke with when I bought my 2013 Fit. He took an interest in what I was saying and made sure that I got the best deal I could. I could not have asked for a better experience. Once I made the decision to purchase the new car, Sharon made sure to explain all of the paperwork to me and made sure I knew what everything was for and what it meant before I signed anything. She was great to work with! More

Made the car buying experience enjoyable Usually the car buying experience is something I dread but Henry Love made the experience enjoyable. I told him what we were looking for and he narro Usually the car buying experience is something I dread but Henry Love made the experience enjoyable. I told him what we were looking for and he narrowed the search down to a few vehicles. The vehicle was for my wife but something came up and she had to go watch a couple of the grandchildren. Henry said no problem. We drove over to their house. I sat with the grandchildren while my wife test drove the vehicle. She had also test drove a Ford Tribute, Subaru Forester and a Subaru Outback earlier. She really liked the Outback but after test driving the Honda CR-V, she changed her mind. She liked how it drove and the number of features she was able to get with the CR-V within our budget vs. the Outback was much greater. Henry and I went back to the dealership where they made the rest of the car buying experience easy and now my wife is driving her Honda CR-V...and she loves it. Thanks Henry and Airport Honda! More

Car buying with integrity and ease We are those people who truly dread the car buying process because of previous experiences with other car dealerships . However, that was not our exp We are those people who truly dread the car buying process because of previous experiences with other car dealerships . However, that was not our experience with Airport Honda. Kevin Coffman and Dan Sanford both displayed excellence in professionalism and knowledge of their vehicles. All of our questions about the vehicle and the purchasing process were quickly answered and even explained with much detail. Even on a busy Saturday, we felt as if we were the most important customers at that moment within the store. Also, we even found ourselves laughing with sales manager Daryl Casteel through the negotiating of numbers. Everyone we encountered through our purchase experience, including the "soon to be famous country-singer" Homer Hart, finance manager, were excellent in displaying courtesy, kindness, and genuine professionalism. After visiting other area dealerships, we intentionally chose to purchase our vehicle from Airport Honda because we believe in the excellent service they can provide throughout our ownership of the Honda not just a "one day purchase" of a vehicle.
