Brought my car in to have a couple of things on my to-do list taken care of and was told it would take 2 to 2-1/2 hours. Also was told the guys would take off for lunch at 12 noon for an hour. My only problem is with the service department. I had a camera installed in my car and no one walked me through the use of the camera. Had oil change, transmission fluid changes and now today, the hydraulic brake line replaced. Everything was done in a timely manner. Blaine was great (and has been the other two times as well). As far as service, the personnel were professional ant attentive to my time and needs while I waited. The car was done in the time that I was told.
