SERVICE VISIT

Waited 2 weeks for a service appt while my AC is not working. The night before my appt I am told a customer is late in returning a loaner so its not available. The next day I am told there are no loan working. The night before my appt I am told a customer is late in returning a loaner so its not available. The next day I am told there are no loaners for another month and they "are reserved for customers who purchased from them". Great customer service. More
