The model, color, and accessories that I wanted we're not immediately available , so he went to work and found it for me. The car arrived early and came with the right features. The sales rep was very helpful in helping me find the car (suv) that I was looking for. He treated me with the utmost respect and seemed to go out of his way to ensure that I was getting what I wanted. On the test drive he made sure that I felt comfortable behind the wheel. the longest part of the process was the financing but all in all I am very pleased with my purchase. I was also quite pleased to find out that I received some features that were not initially explained to me. all in all the experience was quite positive and I have already recommended two of my co-workers to this dealership and almost talked my daughter into obtaining another ford. My husband is also planning on making a return trip this year for a vehicle of his own.

Everyone Knows that buying a new car is usually a nightmare. With All American Ford of Old Bridge, It's the complete opposite! Everyone there is extremely friendly and very helpful. I walked in knowing what I was looking for and Joe Germino helped me every step of the way. He worked with me to get my payments to where I wanted to be. I honestly was not planning on walking out with a new car today but thanks to Joe, I walked out not only with a new car, but a very happy customer. Dayna assisted me as well with getting my Sync account setup. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Joe P. from finance was also great to work with, very patient in going over all the paper work and making sure I knew what I was signing. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car due to the friendliness alone but also because they care!

I have been leasing Ford vehicles from All American Ford (Old Bridge) for many years. I recently returned a leased vehicle and leased a new 2013 Ford Escape. My experience with this dealership, as always, was excellent.

I have previously dealt directly with Joe Pedi and have only positive reviews for him. However recently was the first time I dealt directly with Lease Return Manager Frank Pedi. He has many responsibilities, however the fact that he chose to assist me himself without directing me to a general sales person was greatly appreciated. Five-Stars for every aspect of the transaction. I was extremely impressed with not only his knowledge of the vehicles he was showing me, but he also explained the entire process and throughout the day made sure I was comfortable. I was very satisfied with the price and taking possession of the vehicle at the end of the day went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Frank Pedi, and the dealership in general, to all my family and friends. Thank you Frank (and Joe) for all your help.

Sarah Donnini was lovely to work with over the phone and internet. She presented us with many options and eventually set us up with Jon from all American Ford. At the lot with Jon, we spotted the car that we wanted, unfortunately it was on the show room floor, so Jon said "no problem, I'll move it out for you". We ended up purchasing the car as he pleasantly and patiently helped us work through the process.

It was a great buying experience with All American Ford, especially with Michelle Marino. We were impressed by her professional knowledge about the car we purchased (Ford Fusion SE). She was also very patient and answered all the questions we had. We also appreciated there was a kid room inside the dealership, which keeping our 3yr old daughter very happy when we were doing all the paper works.

I can not even express what an amazing experience I have had with this dealership. They have completely bent over backwards to make me happy. I will only buy a car from All American Ford. There service and my overall experience was wonderful. My husband was a Sergeant in the marine corp and he said the only thing he wanted was a truck. All American Ford made that happen in 1 day and they were so great that we decided to buy our second car from there. Kevin Hirsch went above and beyond to show me how to work my new car. My husband and I just had a new baby and me being a little absent minded due to having a newborn and lack of sleep. I forgot my appointment to get the autostart installed. Thomas from that department called me and said don't worry about. Can I pick up your car and I will install the autostart when I'm done I will bring the car back. The staff at All American Ford in professional and courteous. I highly recommend this dealership.
