All American Ford makes the process easy, did most of the process over the phone, just went in to sign and pick up my new leased 2020 Explorer Platinum. If they don't have what you want, when you check their website, they will get it from their other family owned Ford dealerships. This is the 5th explorer purchased from All American and never had any problems at all, with the SUV or dealership. Have used others in the past, but did not like the haggling back and forth. We luckily stopped at All American and found the supervisors, managers and salesmen that I have used, to be professional, courteous and extremely fair. Their service is outstanding and the facilities are new, clean and provide refreshments while you are waiting in an airy spacious room that provides all the needs for you to work with your laptop, etc.. They do offer loaner cars, but I usually wait. I would only lease/purchase thru All American Ford, (they have dealerships throughout NJ) Old Bridge and I live 90 minutes away . . . several NY ford dealerships within our area . . . leave a lot to be desired! Give them a try, get a price on either a purchase or lease, you are never obligated. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED More

I had a great experience purchasing my truck. Frank the sales manager did a great job to get a price that I was able to afford.
