Since the trucks were purchased from all American ford it has been a disaster and this service was close to the worst. The truck came in on a flatbed because it was it a degenerative engine state and it is b has been a disaster and this service was close to the worst. The truck came in on a flatbed because it was it a degenerative engine state and it is being towed back out because the service department couldn’t fix it without asking for more and more money, it wasn’t fair that we had to pay what we did and still not have a working truck. When it goes to the experts and they tell you what they need to fix it that is great, but to come back and ask for more, that isn’t fair or very good business, except for theirs. Very poor experience, we even tried to help the situation and purchase another truck, trading in our truck and again if was going to be unfair and unbalanced. More
