Went in for oil change, told had oil leak that would cost almost $1500, and decided to wait. When car brought around for me to leave driver’s side window would not raise. I was told it was the motor and woul almost $1500, and decided to wait. When car brought around for me to leave driver’s side window would not raise. I was told it was the motor and would cost $630 to repair. It was cold, windy day and I stated it was working when I brought it in and the window needed to be up. After several rounds with the tech I asked for the manager on several occasions during the visit but he NEVER showed. In the end I was told all the could do was get the window up. First solution was to put 3 strips of tape on window which I stated was UNACCEPTABLE. Next attempt was to place cardboard in bottom left side of window. Still was NOT pleased but was told this was best they could do. My appointment was at 11:15a and I didn’t leave until 2:07p. How can you take your car in for service at the dealership, decide not to have the work done, and leave with your vehicle in worst shape than when you came in??? This happened while under their care, they let the window down, and now I have to repair it. I don’t know what happened back there but don’t believe in coincidence. The fact that the manager NEVER faced me upon multiple requests and cardboard is the best they can do to rectify a problem is concerning!! I’ve bought 3 vans from them and it’s safe to say I won’t be buying anything else from Chrysler due to service like this!!!! More

This dealership is not St Louis CDJR, but apparently same employees. Deceptive, unfair and greedy are the words that describe them. Absolute worst new car buying experience I have ever had! The sales team was not very knowledgeable about the offers, promotions, and rebates available for the vehicle I purchased. Since the purchase, I have been trying to rectify an issue I had with the federal electric vehicle rebate program. It has now been 5 months since I purchased the vehicle and the team at All Star has yet to fix the issue. They are also very poor communicators and difficult to get a hold of. Don't get me started on the service department. Avoid All Star DCJR at all costs! Do not give them your money or time, they will waste it! More
