My Review Of All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep:
Went in to possibly trade in a vehicle and get something newer. Mario first showed me a 2007 Toyota Camry. It was OK. He had to get someone to look at my trade and discuss it. I didn't want to get something real new as my son is on my insurance and it would go up considerably. I asked if they had anything less than 10K and was told 'No' - because banks don't like to finance them, high miles, etc. etc. I had to go home and take care of some things. While at home I looked online at their dealership - lo and behold! there were 27 vehicles for less than 10K. Took the loaner car back, Mario wasn't in, and got my vehicle. Shared with another salesperson about my disgust over the way I was handled. Finished errands and got home - received a call from the used car sales manager - they were going to give me 3500 for my trade-in (books at ~2500 for trade), I was approved and my payments were going to be $225 for SIX years! He finally got around to telling me that the vehicle they had 'put' me in was a 2009 Dodge Avenger, and after a lot of asking, finally told me that I would be financing over $13,000. OK, I didn't want something that new, they didn't ask, AND the Avenger - even the most fully loaded, only books at slightly over $14,000. SO, they were 'giving' me $3,500 for my trade-in, and then jacking up the price of the car I would be getting. What a nightmare. I will never go back there again. This type of shenanigans are what give used car dealers their reputation.
