I was looking for a new car based on my previous experience with my current Hyundai Elantra. I have had a bad experience both times I have visited this dealership. The first time was before the ownership change. I had a issue with a tire sensor reading low. I goggled it filled the tire with 39 psi and the light went out saved $100.00. During the same visit the wanted $175.00 to change a blown headlight. I googled it,and changed it for $14.00. They were rude with me when I didn't purchase a car after I told them exactly what I wanted and they couldn't provide it. I have since been treated very rudely when I come in for maintenance. I had carried my car there regularly for maintenance and they never diagnosed and repaired the issue. Lukas is very cool towards me. One day he offered 3 other people in the waiting room water and just dismissed me. I've begged for service and no one seems to care. Once i sat in the lobby for a recall repair for 2 hours to then be told the part had not been ordered and that I would just have to come back. More
