My 2020 Suburban water pump failed and I had to have the vehicle towed to this location. I was nervous about having my vehicle repaired by Ancira due to poor reviews about the service department, but I didn vehicle towed to this location. I was nervous about having my vehicle repaired by Ancira due to poor reviews about the service department, but I didn’t have much choice due to extenuating circumstances. When I got home and checked under the hood I found numerous hoses not properly installed and secured in their correct places. Other parts were clearly just thrown back together with the mindset of doing the minimum work possible and as quickly as possible. It took three days to complete the water pump replacement, replace the serpentine belt, and perform an oil change. I specifically told the service representative that I was okay with them taking their time because I was mainly concerned with the quality of their work over getting my vehicle back as soon as possible. Well, I guess that was a mistake on my part expecting quality work from Ancira Chevrolet. Never again will I give them my business and encourage others to be wary of their business practices in their service department. More

We had a miserable experience with Ancira Winton Chevrolet in December 2023. The dealership quoted us a favorable vehicle lease agreement in communications prior to our arrival. In a classic bait-and-switch, the dealership offered a new lease over twice as expensive was we arrived at the dealership. Once challenged, representatives stated that their employee should not have made the offer—an offer that matched an official offer on the Chevrolet website—and that they would not honor the agreement. We promptly departed and requested that three manager call us. He called and then hung up on us once we started providing our feedback. And then the General Manager did not respond when we reached out with additional feedback. We’ve done business with Ancira in the past but never again. With their brazen lack of integrity, the Ancira name is sadly not what it used to be. More
I went to buy a car. They tried to sell me a lot of add on's like: Scotch Guard, window etching, and door guards. Horrible horrible service department. Staff is incredibly rude and lazy. I asked how long it would take then for my given issue and he stated he was unsure as it would depend on the issue found after diagnostics and availability of parts this could be the same day or another 4-5 days. Okay fine I asked for the next available appointment and was given one for the next week. I showed up earlier than my appointment time but was made to wait past my appointment time for “Michael” to come out. I wait all day and hear nothing back from the service department and it’s 4pm so I decide to call and Michael tells me that no one is looking at my car today and decides to try and gaslight me for his xxxx up. He says I told you this morning once you drop your car off it would take at least 4-5 days for anyone to look at. Which he did not. And I stated no you did not, you did not tell me anything when you came out late this morning. And he said well I told you last Friday (I was not there Friday) no one would look at it the same day to which I stated no you did not you stated that you were behind and it would take 4-5 days for an appointment and depending on diagnostics another potential 4-5 days depending on what is wrong with it. He continued to give me an attitude and be very rude and say I already told you this which is complete xxxxxxxx. No he did not explain or state any of that to me at any point. Why would I agree to make an appointment for someone to do nothing with my car. He essentially had me (without explaining this) make an appointment to just leave my vehicle sitting in the lot for a week before anyone even looks at it. Why would I have knowingly agreed to this when I can go and make an appointment elsewhere this makes zero sense. Why are you going to give out appointments if you are not even touching the cars when I could be driving my vehicle or taking it else where and why are you not explaining this clearly to people. And why are you going to be rude and berate customers for some thing you failed to do and failed to explain. Horrible customer service horrible person. I will never go back here nor will I ever buy a vehicle from ancira and I will tell everyone else I know to do the same. More
This dealership just sells you what they want not what you really came for and when you try to get them to sell you what you really came for or give back your trade they won’t do it. I had my food truck towed here, after speaking to a service guy SEVERAL times, and I was told to drop it off, only for the service supervisor Anthony to run out, and be extremely rude to my tow truck d service guy SEVERAL times, and I was told to drop it off, only for the service supervisor Anthony to run out, and be extremely rude to my tow truck driver. Anthony yelled at my driver, then told my tow truck driver he wasn’t dropping off my truck, and then told the driver to take my food truck to the junkyard. That was absolutely unprofessional, uncalled for, and beyond rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone else. This is NOT the way to treat customers. I am so hurt, and disgusted now. I had to pay $400 to tow it to the shop, and $400 to get it back home. $800 just wasted . More
My wife and I purchased this vehicle on 11/18/2022. Charlie Caron, our salesman, is nothing less of superior. THIS REVIEW is based on our experience when finalizing the deal and has NOTHING to do with our sales consultant Charlie Caron, because if it wasn't for him, we wouldn't be dealing with Ancira. This review should not reflect on his hard work. A month and a half later we find out that our credit application was never completed correctly initially by the finance department, we worked with a person by the name of Vaugh Erik Moore who rushed us thru this entire process, because, they were "busy". Now we find out, because it wasn't done thoroughly and correctly, we are now being put in the middle of a situation. We contacted GM Financial who informed us that the vehicle's application and funding was returned to the dealership due to a discrepancy with interest rates, and at the same time the dealership covering up asking us to fill in another credit application and not being thorough with my transcation. Come to find out that there's been no funding approved for this vehicle for a whole month and now we have to re-run our credits? I don't think so, consumers should know their rights, this was the WORST experience OVERALL in purchasing a new vehicle. No transparency with the customer, No integrity and honesty with the customer, and not even being able to get a call back or an apology for this entire experience from their General Manager, Darrell Dixon is even more frustrating. The salesman, was great, Charlie Caron, was super helplful, but other than him, the experience was completely ruined by the finance department. More
