My Review of Anderson Nissan:
The salesman, Chuck Simmons, was very nice. However, all the assistant sales managers used (in my opinion)heavy-handed tactics, did not acknowledge advertised special deductions. After a particularly upsetting encounter with one of the assistant managers, I put in numerous calls to the general manager. He never returned my calls but had one of the assistants call who again took days to get back to me with a price which was not any better that I could get elsewhere. I was trying to exchange a car I bought there one week previously for a larger vehicle.
They would not put any quotes in writing to fax to me (contrary to other dealers I later dealt with) nor did they seem anxious to discuss what they would give me for the car I was exchanging and the best price for the car I was buying over the phone.
They supposedly prided themselves on being a family business where the customer came first. I did not get that feeling after my dealings with them.
I was very surprised that a general manager of a dealership would not e have the courtesy to return a phone call and offer an apology for how a customer was treated. (numerous messages were left for him)
We will never return to this dealer nor buy any Nissans in the future.
