My Review of Anderson of Lincoln North:
We were looking for a good used car. We were specific about what we wanted, make, mileage, etc. Nate and John didn't try and sell us just anything. They made sure they had what we wanted before they called us back. We were immediately given a car fax, and they answered any questions about the car we had. We visited other dealerships in the same area, and those dealerships tried to talk us into things we didn't want. Nate and John never pressured us. We knew up front what we were getting and what the price was. We will definately be calling them again, and recommending them to others!

My Review of Anderson of Lincoln North:
Chris Gaur helped me afford the vehicle that I wanted, and for a price that was manageable for me. He also was fair with my trade in vehicle. I was sold on my Ford's performance after Chris took me on a great test drive. He is the best representive I've ever met with, his friendliness exceeds what is required, and his customer service and character are what sold me the car at Anderson Ford, rather than waiting or a deal elsewhere.

John Voitus was very helpful with a friendly, pleasant and professional manner. This was the best experience I have had with a car dealership. Thus far I am more than impressed with Anderson Auto Group.

Followup - We had a couple of post sale questions and a minor issue. Our issue was promptly resolved and our questions were answered in a pleasant, customer oriented manner. We continue to be impressed with John Voitus and Anderson Auto Group.

My Review of Anderson of Lincoln North:
John was great to work with through the whole process of buying my car. From the first email response from the website, he was respectful, attentive, and available to answer my questions. Never in the whole process did I feel pressured, rushed, or bullied. All of Anderson staff were friendly, but John stood out as a genuinely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind sales person. Because of the warm, no-hassle environment of the dealership and working with John, I actually enjoyed the experience of buying my car. I definitely recommend the dealership and John specifically!

My experience was wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and very helpufl. I would definetly recommend my friends and family to buy vehicles from Anderson Ford. Tim was very friendly and helpful. Bob did his very best to give me a great deal...which he did, and Curtis was very friendly when I pulled up. Kurt was great at helping me pick my add on packages. I am unsure of the gentelman who helped sync my phone, but he was great! Lastly I appologize for those of you who had listen to the non stop chatter of Brent :) Thanks guys!

My Review of Anderson of Lincoln North:
I couldn't give a 5 on the "Price" question above. I was generally pleased with the price but I couldn't quite get passed the idea that this was a gimic created by car dealers to increase profits/revenues. In the end, I decided to trust my instincts and go with the deal. I don't buy a lot of cars, especially new cars, so this was the first time I had encountered this type of dealership. Everything else about my experience with the dealership was great.

My Review of Anderson of Lincoln North:
My husband and I stopped at Anderson Ford just to see what they had for SUV's with no intention to purchase a different vehicle. I had a Ford 500 that I really liked, but it was getting up there in miles. We saw a couple of used Ford Escapes on the lot, while we looking at them Curtis explained to us the differences between them. Curtis introduced us to Jason, the Sales Person. Jason had us take one of the Ford Escapes on a test drive and explained everything to us. We really liked the SUV, so Jason sat down with us and explained the pricing and how they come up with the cost as well as, how they determine trade in value. We really like the no hassle with the cost of the vehicles. Jason was absolutely the best Sales Person we have ever worked with. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and a genuine nice person. He really cares about the people he is working work and does everything he can to make you feel comfortable about the purchase of your vehicle. He went out of his way explaining the features of the Escape which included Sync and setting up my cell phone so everything would work. Kurt also did an excellent job getting us some great financing and explaining all the options to us. We have purchased several vehicles from different car dealerships but never have we had such a great experience as we did with Anderson Ford in Lincoln. They went out of their way to make everything work out!!
