My family and I experienced wonderful customer service and care during our visit to Andrew Toyota this past weekend. I worked with Demetrius Franklin, and he made every effort to ensure that my kids and I would be able to trade in my car for a larger SUV. Demetrius treated us like family and worked diligently to place us into a vehicle that met our needs and was affordable. I would recommend both Andrew Toyota and Demetrius to all of my friends and family members!

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
My wife had pretty much made up her mind to purchase a vehicle from another dealership, and she pretty wound up stopping at Andrew mostly as an afterthought. There's no question in my mind that she wound up purchasing her Toyota from Andrew because of the spectacularly great service provided by Dave Morris. While she loves the car, she very much relished Dave's low-key friendliness and professionalism. Great job!

Demetrius is, by far, the absolute best when it comes to providing EXCELLENT service at Andrew Toyota. He even went as far as driving to get our Highlander himself because we wanted delivery by a specific date. I've never had such wonderful service!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All my questions were answered. I got exactly what I asked for at the expected price. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who asks. The sales agent, Andrew, was very helpful, friendly and i believed he was honest.

Andrew, our salesperson was amiable and made sure we were satisfied. He went out of his way with customer service. We were shown the features of the cars but were treated like the informed consumers that we were. We test drove our purchase on two different occasions, never feeling pressured to buy. We are extremely satisfied with our new Prius!

I recently purchased a used Saab from Andrew Toyota. The staff at Andrew, including my salesman Long Chang, were knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. They gave me a fair price for the Saab as well as for my trade-in. It was a pleasure to work with the Andrew Toyota team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
James was very laid back in his approach, but very knowledgeable, very willing to answer any questions, and a good listener. I brought lots of information with me that I had researched on the vehicle financing and he was very respectful of the research I had done. He did not point at a number for example and say that is way off, or you have that all wrong. He respected the fact that I had a monthly payment "target" in mind, and he did everything possible to help me get there. The best characteristic about James is while being so helpful, he did not put the common pressure to buy on me. At the end of the day he let me make my own decisions. I would definitely recommend him to anybody interested in a Toyota/Scion. I never felt pressured, the product sold itself to a certain extent, and James was there to guide me and help when asked. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and personable. I highly recommend James and Andrew Toyota.

Salesman David Morris was super friendly, quickly responsive to questions, and equipped with accurate and relevant information. They don't come any better.

Service department also has given us excellent work and response time.

We appreciate the fact that a loaner vehicle hs always been made available to us when the service time was more then a day.

The staff there is excellent. They listen to your needs and try to find the perfect match for you. They work as a team to get the job done. I am truly pleased with my new RAV4. I would have never imagined driving one, but now that I have one I enjoy it from exterior to interior and most of all the drive. Thanks Demetrius and the rest of the Andrew Toyota family.

We are very happy with Andrew Toyota dealer.We wanted to buy a new Toyota Carolla and wanted to trade our old Carolla 2002 also.We got agood trade value for our old car and at the same time whatever price we got print out from American Express Auto purchase programe,they honour that too. James -sales person was very friendly, smiling and helpful.so our deal was very cool and easy too. Thank you so much Andrew! I will recommend James and Andrew to all my friends and relatives.
