My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I hope every car buying experience I have will be as pleasant, easy, and fun as my recent purchase from Andrew Toyota. This was my first new car purchase, so I went in fairly blindly. Brian Cayle was open, honest, and up front about everything from the moment I walked into the showroom.

My new '09 Corolla is exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle, and the price could not be beat. Brian was incredibly thorough during the test drive and subsequent review of the pricing, and was expedient in getting all of the financing paperwork going. As the paperwork was processing, he was great in calling me regularly with updates, so I didn't wonder what was going on.

I was in the process of moving to Milwaukee when I bought the car, so I was living 90 miles away from the dealership when I bought it. On delivery day, Brian personally came to pick me up at the Milwaukee Amtrak station and drove me to the dealership. Everythign went smoothly from then on, and Brian was great in ensuring that I got everythign from competitive insurance to a service plan.

In conclusion, Brian Cayle and everyone at Andrew Toyota provided me with a phenomenal car-buying experience. They took what can be a daunting process and made it easy. My only regret is that a car is such a lasting purchase that I will not have the pleasure of working with them again for quite some time. That being said, when the time does come, I will surely be right back at Andrew Toyota.

This was my first major vehicle purchase and I could not have asked for a better experience. The people at Andrew Toyota and specifically Peter Klein made what is typically one of the more stressful experiences a breeze. I drove from Green Bay to Milwaukee because Andrew Toyota had the car I was looking for. There was no hassle or run around. In a two short trips and a few phone calls, I was able to go from viewing the vehicle on line to driving it home. The whole time I was dealt with fairly, there was no pressure to buy and I felt like a valued customer. The follow up has been equally good. This is how all dealerships should be run. Thanks again Peter and everyone at Andrew Toyota.

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Andrew Toyota and specificly Sales Associate Peter Klein. We knew what vehicle we were looking for and what we wanted in the vehicle. Peter never pressured us into anything more and never pushed us to another vehcicle. He made the purchase of our vehicle very convienent to us by doing all correspondence via email and phone. He quoted us the lowest price compared to two other dealerships we also dealt with. Whether we got the lowest price or not, Peter made us feel like we did. Peter was very thorough was all aspects of the sale and we left the dealership having no questions, which is always a plus.

I had a roll over car accident three weeks before I bought my new Matrix. My former car, a RAV4 (also purchased from Andrew Toyota), was totalled and I was still in considerable pain and emotional shock when I first contacted Andrew Toyota about purchasing a new vehicle. I called Brian Cayle because I remembered him as the man who looked under my RAV4 to determine if it was safe to drive home after I had been rear ended several months ago. He was at the end of his sales work day, in his white shirt and tie, and still went down on the ground to look under the car so I would feel safe. I told myself to remember him and I did when my car was totalled two months later. Somehow I figured that this particular new car buying experience, which I needed to go well, would do that with someone like Brian. And I was right.

Brian was kind, considerate and very helpful. He gave me all of the information that I asked for when I needed it. He offered me a price that was very fair (I did all my research.) He made this whole experience the best car buying experience that I have had. I am grateful to him and would recommend that anyone purchase a car from Andrew Toyota and specifically, from Brian Cayle. Debra

I contacted Andrew Toyota on Wednesday by email to get a lease quote. By Saturday, I confirmed that I was getting the best lease terms available in the area from Andrew, signed the lease, and drove my new car home. My experience could not have been more straight forward or easier. Peter Klein was absolutely wonderful to work with over the Internet and in person. I highly recommend Andrew Toyota.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The experience rivaled my last car purchase which was from a family friend (who works for a large dealership in West Bend).

It was an amazingly easy experience. Brian made it so easy to buy my 2009 Matrix. There was never a time during my visits (I made 2- one for a test drive and the other to buy) did I feel any pressure to buy immediately. Brian wanted to be sure that he was going to get me into the car I wanted with the features I wanted within my budget. He was very mindful of that.

An amazing experience and I will always buy my cars with Brian from here on out.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2008 Toyota Sienna LE from Andrew Toyota. Talk about the easiest car purchase I have ever made!!!! I emailed Peter Klein with a reasonable bid on a Sienna they had listed in their inventory that met our requirements. Within a few short hours I heard back from Peter that they would sell for the price I wanted. We took care of most paperwork via phone and fax so little was needed on the actual delivery day. When we picked up the new van it had received one of the best prep and cleaning services I've ever seen. Peter expedited us through the delivery process and we were on the way in just over an hour. If I can by cars in this manner in the future, then Andrew Toyota will get my business. Their willingness to work outside of the "traditional" less than comfortable negotiating process is a huge plus. It's worth noting we knew exactly what we wanted and researched pricing in advanvce on kelly blue book.com so that we could make a well informed offer. Add in the Toyota $1500 rebate in effect at the time and we got a fantastic deal!! Peter is very professional and accommodating. I highly recommend working with him if possible. Thanks Peter for making this such a smooth and stress free purchase!!
