Go to different location I have visited Plano and Red Bird locations with no issues. Management at Arlington far less superior. They ignore their customers when they come in and leave you waiting unnecessarily. Sadly the general manager sets the bar as the poor leadership starts with him just sitting behind the counter with his head down while he gets ESPN game alerts on his cell phone. Every expected outcome that was promised by corporate and other locations was unfilled by GM Ross in Arlington. Drive time has always been good to our family but this guy really was undesirable to deal with. Kudos to Anthony for trying to go above and beyond...he should consider a transfer himself. More

In Good Hands I will say, I was a upset. I had gone ahead and decided to try the Leasing program. Within the first 2 months of me having my Isuzu, it broke down thr I will say, I was a upset. I had gone ahead and decided to try the Leasing program. Within the first 2 months of me having my Isuzu, it broke down three times. It was constantly in the shop and I was incredibly disappointed, however, after speaking with the manager and leasing agents, they got me into a new vehicle with no additional cost. Each individual was very caring, and dedicated to getting me into a working vehicle. Despite the inconvenience of all this they took VERY good care of me financially. The repairs, and even towing (despite policy) was covered for me. Despite my anger due to the situation the staff remained very calm, professional, and caring. I have to say, it really made things easier in the end. They really worked with me when I came back in to get me into a good vehicle the second time around, and were never rude or rushed me at all. They answered every question I had and thoroughly inspected the vehicle with me there. Now I have a 2008 Dodge caliber and it is running well and I can get to and from work. So while my initial experience was awful, because of the car breaking down all the time, they did end up taking great care of me as a customer and got me into a vehicle that runs nicely now.
