Exceptional service! I have been taking our fleet of trucks here for years. They do a fabulous job and I never expect anything less than top notch service here. My wife ta I have been taking our fleet of trucks here for years. They do a fabulous job and I never expect anything less than top notch service here. My wife takes her car here as well and she never has to be worried about the service department taking advantage of her unlike other dealerships or shops. All they want is your money I’ve been going to them for over 3 years. They greeted me with a smile every time I was going to spend money, but as soon as I had a complaint no one I’ve been going to them for over 3 years. Unprofessional and unethical I doubt Wade has any knowledge about cars I'm a single mom and I think I know more about cars than him rude and tactful I asked 3 times to have my oil I doubt Wade has any knowledge about cars I'm a single mom and I think I know more about cars than him rude and tactful I asked 3 times to have my oil changed when I went to pick up my car he told me he forgot I will never step foot in Arlington Heights Ford again and I will tell all my friends to stay away from there it's a sham More

A nightmare It seems like Arlington Heights Ford just hires morons to do service writing I asked Wade three times what was wrong with my car and he had no answer It seems like Arlington Heights Ford just hires morons to do service writing I asked Wade three times what was wrong with my car and he had no answer I asked to talk to his boss and he told me he was busy I want to pick my car up it was still doing the same thing and they wanted me to pay $165 diagnostic fee and I ended up having to take it to a small garage and they fix the problem More

Bad Service and they won't respect the people . I visited 2 times in a week this place they won't tell the exact problem but they charge 105$ diagnose charge . They worked on recalls related to seat I visited 2 times in a week this place they won't tell the exact problem but they charge 105$ diagnose charge . They worked on recalls related to seat belt and airbag the airbag-seat belt light started glowing . The main frustrated they won't treat customer with any respect . I try to talk with the service manager or director but they told they were busy . I never saw this kind of service . They want to make money only on diagnose charge . More
