I scheduled a test drive for a specific truck online. They contacted me and said the truck was still available They sent me a reminder the next morning that my appointment was at 2pm. I was looking some information up on the truck that morning and checked details on their website a few hours before I went there. First, I walk in and I'm told I won't be talking to the person I was told to ask for, because he's the sales manager. Next, I'm told that the truck I scheduled a test drive for isn't there. The salesperson "went to check" and came back telling me it had been sold the night before! When I asked why I wasn't told this when they confirmed my appointment that morning his only reply was that he doesn't run the phoned! He couldn't have cared less that I had wasted my time driving there. Then he offers to let me drive a truck with a price tag $10,000 higher than the one I came to look at! Talk about a bait and switch! At that point I didn't trust them to do anything for me! I went down the road and bought a Ram from their competitors! More
