I purchased a brand new Wrangler Unlimited(2 months ago) and while I got great price customer service has been simply terrible ever since i took delivery of the Jeep. There were a few small issues with the car(tiny ding, small rust spot on the hinges) that have taken 10+ phone calls and emails to Viard and they are still not taken care of. On top of it on my last visit(3 weeks ago)to the body shop I was given a "loaner" which I was then charged $77 for and still have not received a refund. Needless to say I will never go back to Arrigo West Palm Beach for anything(sales, service, etc) in the future. More
