Mike Fallon was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, positive, eager to get me what I was looking for and persistent in getting me the deal I was looking for. In general, car sales men can be a bit sleazy and look out only for self, but not Mike. He wasn't pushy, or aggressive in the sense of pressuring me into a car. As a matter of fact he was completely understanding, a trait you rarely find these days in sales people. He's been doing sales for a while and his professionalism and experience shows! Going into the experience I expected Arrigo to hit me over the head with prices but the met me where I was at and what I expected to pay. There was even a situation where I was having issues with my insurance going through and Mike waited with me the whole time to make sure I was okay. If there is anything you'd imagine you're ideal car salesman to be, Mike Fallon is the epitome of it! Great guy and a class act! I suggest if you want the best experience, he's the guy to talk to!
