He found exactly what we wanted and gave us the best price available. We appreciated how knowledgable he was. We set an appointment to came in, see the Town & Country and test drive it. Mike Fallon was the best person we have ever experienced in purchasing a vehicle. He was atuned to our wishes. He exceeded our expectations on every item. We came in to trade a dodge charger because the chrysler was new in style for 2011. He answered every question about the car. He spent time teaching us about the car and he wanted to familiarize us with the car. He tried to make us comfortable with refreshment as it was terribly warm the day we arrived. He sent us a thank you note and expressed how nice it was to meet us. He also said if there was any way he could be helpful to call. You really have a terrific gentleman on staff at Arrigo. If I ever am asked to recommend someone for a car, I will tell them to call Mike. The experience was wonderful!!! I want to mention Tom Popiel. He was friendly and also spoke about the years he has been with chrysler. We enjoyed meeting him and the interest he showed toward us. I did go into the dealership 2 months ago inquiring about the new Durrango and had a less then good experience with a different salesman at that time. He actually called me at my place of employment and harrassed me. So I was a little weary about going back. But once i met Mike Fallon, sales consultant, I knew I would not be running into that same problem. I felt absolutely no pressure from Mike. He was very knowledgable about what I was looking for and was very patient with me. In fact he was only scheduled to work until 5:00pm and at 4:45 he left the dealership to go get my new car at the Sawgrass dealership. We came back at 7:00pm and finalized the paperwork then. I did not leave until 8:00 and Mike was still there working. And he was so nice about it. I kept telling him I would wait until the next day to get it so he could go home but he insisted I had my new car that night. I got the exact car I wanted for the exact price. Ron Shuman, sales manager, helped me with the price. He was very nice to deal with and agian i felt no pressure. He really worked with me and got me the deal I wanted. I received a recall letter in the mail stating my car had to have a part changed at no cost to me. I called for an appointment and gave them the recall number and the girl said I could wait for the car. Wh to have a part changed at no cost to me. When I got there no one greeted me and I waited by my car for 5 -10 minutes until I found a errand boy and asked him if someone wouold help me... After meetig with the service guy, I was told it would take a few hours and I should go home. So I waited 30 minutes for the van, and they took me home. Three hours later, I get a call at home telling me they did not have the part in stock and would have to arrange for another appointment in 5-7 days... One hand does not know what the other is doing... while I was there the waiting room was very crowded and everyone was complaining about the time and service they were receiving that day... More

However after receiving an awesome quote online from Mike Fallon at Arrigo, he promised me that would be the same price I would receive if I came to purchase the vehicle. No gimmicks or fake quotes to get me in the door. I arrived and Mike was busy so Tom Popiel took over and let me test drive the vehicle. The purchase went smooth and I was able to buy the vehicle at a great price with no hassle or gimmicks. Tom and Mike were both very honest and nice and made this the most pleasant car buying experience. This is the only way to go to buy a car. Go get and internet quote, compare to other dealers and head to Arrigo to buy your vehicle, it will save you time and headaches. These guys were great! More
We had a great overall experience. The only thing that surprised us was when we took possession of our new car, we found it had been washed and shined but the window sticker and another sticker on the bac surprised us was when we took possession of our new car, we found it had been washed and shined but the window sticker and another sticker on the back had not been removed. This should have been done before the car was delivered to us. Our sales consultant was able to remove the window sticker but we had to remove the other sticker when we got home since it was stuck on the back of the car and would not peel off. We ended buying some glue remover to get the sticker off the next day. More
Bought a Jeep Patriot from this dealership September 2010. From then on everything went downhill. Went in for oil change service staff very rude went back again for an oil change and to have tires inf 2010. From then on everything went downhill. Recently had questions about roadside assistance nitro contract was offered zero help, the operator Jen did not listen to me for anything all I wanted was the number for the towing she ket putting me through to the service department. She put me throught to someone that did not know anything about the contract they sign you up with when you buy the car as he was not there when they offered this service he was going to put me on with someone that did but hung up on me, when I called me back Jennifer put me on hold for 5 minutes, put me through to voicemail and then when the call transferred back to her she hung up. This is the worst experience I have EVER had with a dealership. They do not listen, they do not follow up. The people that worked on my car drank and ate while in it and apparently spilled soda in it and never cleaned it up. I don't even eat or drink in my car. I will not go back to these people nor will I recommend them to anyone!!! EVER! Thankfully I have a personal mechanic that I have used for years and he actually used to work for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and this same dealship offered him the service manager position not long ago. Thankfully he did not take it. I will pay anything from now on even if it is something under warranty I do not care whatsoever as I will NEVER go back to Arrigo. And do not bother writing to the owners as they do not respond back. More

They even gave me as much for my trade in as I had paid for the car two years prior. Financing went smooth and they were able to get me a great interest rate and an affordable payment.
