I would like to thank Viard and his team for a plesant car buying experience, which isnt easy to have these days. My experience with Viard started via e-char regarding used Challengers. He provided information about each car so it was easy to narrow down my search for a new vehicle. I dont have time to run from dealership to dealership looking for a car and going thru the hassle of finding out the "bottom line" price. The car prices were very competitive, actually better than their competition. Would definiately buy another car from Arrigo and Viard!!!! Viard explained the details of the differences between the 2010, 2011 and 2012, which helped us to make our decision. Professional, knowledgeable staff is very important to me when buying a car. I dont want to know more about the vehicle than they do. I love the free oil change offer and appreciate those kinds of perks. The car was delivered in excellent condition and ready to drive home. I did appreciate the details, Peter Martin -- finance-- provided during that financial session. He kept it brief and informational and upfront with exact costs of the options. Some dealers like to include those in the payment without telling the customer, I dont believe in that practice and glad Arrigo doesnt either. Met Tom through the on line pricing, when I got to the dealership the truck we discussed had been just be sold. (got to drive it before the new owner signed the final paperwork) Tom was very professional dealership the truck we discussed had been just be sold. After working out the price with Jamal, Ed in finance was very helpful and informative on the monthly cost. Tom spent the next day going to get the truck from the other dealership and was in consistant contact. We went to the dealer and test drove the truck and decided to buy with no pressure from anyone at the Arrigo. Tom was one of the most knowledgeable salesman I have ever worked with. I found my experiance to be very positive, productive and honest with no pressure to buy, they just wanted the customer to be satisfied.
