This was the third time our vehicle was in with the same break issue since we purchased the vehicle. I went in to buy a 2019 pacifica. I saw the car and it had issues i was told the car will be certified and will have warranty after everything is fixed, I was looking at another pacif I saw the car and it had issues i was told the car will be certified and will have warranty after everything is fixed, I was looking at another pacifica same price and same mile but it had no issues. I was sold on the warranty and how the car was going to be perfect since it was going to certified. I came back to pick up the car a couple days later since the part that needed to be replaced was ordered, I took the car and before i got home the check engine light came on. I sent Justyn a message that same day with no reply. I then called the next day and Justyn told me i was going to get a call from service to get the issue fixed. I got a phone call from Alexander Bono and was told he will call me back to setup an appointment and he never called me back. (call was made on Friday) I have left multiple messages to Justyn and Alex and i have not receive a call back. Today is Friday and i still havnt received a call. This is very unprofessional. The part was $35 and it took 15 seconds to fix. (Brake positioning sensor) I will check again if the car has new codes since i dont trust the work that was done at your dealer. The dealer, not Jimmy, looked me right in the face and kept telling me about how great of a deal I was getting while turning a 37000 dollar car into a 47000 dollar car. Scam artists are good at what they do unfortunately, and they definitely used my desperation for a new car. Overall I’m not unhappy with the car itself given that I really needed one and that the one I bought was the only one of its kind within 2 hours of my house, but the place overall feels scummy. I even called back multiple times and got hung up on when trying to ask simple questions. Only after I wanted to speak to a manager did they answer what I needed. They only want your money which is fine and expected, but they can at least act like they give a xxxx once they get it. More
