The dealer, not Jimmy, looked me right in the face and kept telling me about how great of a deal I was getting while turning a 37000 dollar car into a 47000 dollar car. Scam artists are good at what they do unfortunately, and they definitely used my desperation for a new car. Overall I’m not unhappy with the car itself given that I really needed one and that the one I bought was the only one of its kind within 2 hours of my house, but the place overall feels scummy. I even called back multiple times and got hung up on when trying to ask simple questions. Only after I wanted to speak to a manager did they answer what I needed. They only want your money which is fine and expected, but they can at least act like they give a xxxx once they get it. More

Brought in my car with electrical issue a d they run diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. After they installed it they then tell me the battery is also an diagnostics. They say it’s my cluster and told me it would be over $2500 to replace. They never mentioned the battery was an issue before during the $200 diagnostic but after I already paid for the cluster they now say I need to pay an extra $300 for a new battery. I’ve called and texted the service advisor Alex who was helping and so far haven’t heard back about any sort of resolution and now I’m stuck with my car having the same issues as I had when I came in but I’m out over $2000 and no resolution.
