"Great Sales Experience, Great Car"

- AtTheGlen

As a life-long car enthusiast, sales and service relationships matter to me. I am writing to acknowledge the terrific experience working with the dealership personnel who made ownership of our 2017 DB11 possible. The team members with whom I interacted at the dealership were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Every employee expressed pride in the dealership's team culture and it showed. My wife and I greatly appreciated this aspect of our experience as everyone was down to earth and focused on making the purchase process straightforward and enjoyable. I want to extend special thanks to our Sales Associate, Tom Cohen, who in addition to having the attributes listed above, is a very well-informed car enthusiast. It was a pleasure to work with someone who knew everything about the car, its options and performance, which meant that our needs and expectations were perfectly met. I've owned over 35 automobiles, most recently high-performance/luxury versions Porsche and Mercedes vehicles but have admired Aston Martin's styling, performance and racing pedigree for several years. The DB11is not only stunning but with its V12 engine and exceptional chassis tuning, it's a blast to drive!

""Exotic" lemon and a poor service department"

- RK1

I bought an Aston Martin V8 Vantage from them back in 2014 and have had nothing but problems with the car and this dealership's service department ever since. After spending top-dollar, I was treated to the following issues from this "high-performance" vehicle: 1. Stalling problems 2. Faulty convertible top. 3. Starting issues. 4. Ill-designed seats resulting in damaged leather. 5. Faulty hand-break 6. Clutch failure 7. A driver's door that doesn't shut properly. And last, but not least... 8. Engine failure at 18,000 miles. NB Aston Martin has refused to stand behind their vehicle, leaving me with an "exotic" lemon. My advice to you is to stay away from this make of car, and especially this dealership.

"I bought a DB9 and within 300 miles the fuel pump went..."

- Nigel Ashford

I bought a DB9 and within 300 miles the fuel pump went out. Had to get the car towed 200+ miles back to the dealer. Then was told that the whole rear of the car had to be disassembled to get to the fuel pump. I have since heard from other owners that this is an inherent problem with the DB9 and that both the factory and dealers are aware of it. Instead of replacing the pump before delivery, they knowingly let the unsuspecting customer take the car and then cross their fingers that it does not lay down on them far from an Aston shop! I have also heard that these are the same Pendragon wankers that bought Bauer Jaguar and ran it out of business.

"I bought a DB9 last year from them in full and in cash...."

- LindsaySangalli

I bought a DB9 last year from them in full and in cash. In short order the brakes on the car began to scream loudly. I brought it in for service and was told by two Aston Martin dealers/service depts. that this is a KNOWN defect on both the DB9 and Vantage. The only way to deal with it is to drive it so hard, and brake so hard that you have to warn your passenger to brace themselves. This is insane!!! I asked that the buy the car back after only 3700 miles and they played e mail games with me. Bascially ingoring my request for action. I have all the e mails and comments from them stating that they knew of the problem, but they DON'T TELL THE BUYERS. SO... I traded the car in for another make of car, and now will share with all of my country club friends across the country how they DIDN'T handle this problem. Slime balls. They might not have bought the car back, but when I am done, I will have cost them more in sales and reputation than they can even begin to understand. Shame on them.. they are the reason people don't trust car salesmen.
