Tamika was very pleasant when I came in for service, Gerald is my usual point of contact, but in his absence she was absolutely attentive to me. My check in process went quick and easy. It makes a difference when you have someone to fill in and is just as pleasant
As soon as I pulled in a tech introduced himself and asked my name and if I had an appointment as soon as he located my name on his iPad he opened my door and offered me coffee or water. He then advised me how long my wait time would be and walked me over to the waiting room. Once my car was completed he came over to me and walked me to my car. Waiting for me in my cup holder was a cold bottle of water. Absolutely professional and over the top service!
