He went above and beyond to ensure that I took ownership of the specific color Accord that I wanted. Being that it is the end of the 2017 series, that was not an easy task. He constantly kept me apprised of the status of locating the vehicle and had it prepped immediately as he knew that I had to return my other vehicle. Dubious finance manager John Marshall was terrific friendly knowable and helpful and thorough.when Ron came back with the credit application he said it was denied and grneral John Marshall was terrific friendly knowable and helpful and thorough.when Ron came back with the credit application he said it was denied and grneral manager on phone with bank trying to get it approved. Car was for my daughter with 590 credit rating. I co signed with 750 rating.my daughter salary 95k and mine 150k. With those salaries I could have a mortgage approved bottom line the monthly payment went up 20 percent because we moved from tiet 1 to tier 3 I don't believe for a second Tha application was denied. If my daughter didn't want the car so much I would have walked More
