I visited Atlantic Honda at the recommendation of a friend. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with smiles and none of the associated were too pushy as we browsed. I than asked to speak with Rick Alessi, whom I was referred to. Rick is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He greeted my wife and I with a smile and treated us as guests, not customers. We informed Rick that we were looking to buy a new car, preferably a Honda Accord. He brought Eric Flores over to work with us. From looking around with Eric to finalizing the deal with John, the whole process couldn't have gone any smoother. THANK YOU to Rick, Eric and John!! My sales man Richie Lobraico was knowledgeable and gave me a fair deal on my car. As a single woman buying a car is stressful. We shopped an other Honda Dealer before going to Atlantic. We made a slightly better deal with Atlantic and although it wasnt to write home about we were happy. After we were approved and had signed our lease agreement and made our down paymnet, one of thier "General Sales Managers" informed the salesman to tell us the deal is off and they werent making enough money. This is after two trips tpo the dealer, taking my money, allowing me to sign a lease contract and shaking our hands. They than proceeded to tell us that they could not refund the money they just took until their main office processed it. Well after 45 seconds of screaming like a lunatic in thier showroom they quickly processed my refund. This was the shadiest, most dishonest car buying experiance I have had. I recomend you shop somewhere else with executive staff that value thier customers. I wouldn't recomend Atlantic to an enemy. Less than two hours after this or deal we had made an even better deal with a Honda dealer that was happy to have us for cuctomers. Run away from this dealer with your money in your pocket! More
