My Review of Atlantic Toyota:
My wife and I just had our first child, so we decided to buy 2009 Toyota Highlander. Atlantic Toyota had the color combination we were looking for, so I went down there ready to buy with an aggressive price in mind.

The sales person, Ron Alexander, took me out for a very pleasant test drive, and then we went inside to talk price. Ron was very straightforward, and no games were played. I gave him the price we had in mind, and he presented worked with management to get it for us. After some of the typical back and forth, we got the price we originally wanted.

Ron even picked me up from the train station, so I wouldn't have to drive over during rush our with my wife to pick up the car. He stayed late into the evening with me as well while the Highlander was being prepped/inspected. There was an issue with the TPMS, so he even scheduled an appointment for me first thing on the following Saturday (quickly fixed with no issues - system just needed to be initiated).

If you're serious about buying a Toyota, I highly recommend seeing Ron at Atlantic Toyota. Do your vehicle/pricing research ahead of time, and go see him for a very pleasant sales experience.

My Review of Atlantic Toyota:
well I took my car to an independent shop because i thought that my technician will be cheaper. I was in shock when he told me that the reason for my noise was worn out susp all around and gave me an estimated of $885 + an aligment, i didn,t had the money so i took my car. weeks later I need it a insp sticker and i always go to the dealer for the sticker(only) while talking to lorraine i ask for a quote on susp all around she told me that the car had to be check in order for them to know what was the problem. cost to check $45 i decide to do it just to get a diferent opinion. Even dough I was waiting for a hour the technician Lui came and told me that i had couple of options and that he was glad to explain them to me, he took me back to the shop and my car was up on the lift he show me my suspension and this two rubber pieces on the stabalizer bar he said that there was nothing wrong with the struts and that if I replaced the bushing that will take care of the problem I wasn't sure if that was really going to get rid of the problem. But he look like he knew what he was talking about, so I decided to do it and WOW that was it the bill went from been almost 1000 to 150. thank you so much Lui, you change the way I used to see dealer technicians am definetly going back. thank you to you to lorraine great people.

My Review of Atlantic Toyota:
This was not my first visit. I come all the way from Lowell to Lynn about a 55 minute drive. Their service is fantastic ..first rate employees and the best quality workmanship I have ever experienced in my l5 years of owning Toyotas. Waiting for the work to be done is not a problem because of their pleasant waiting area. The management of this service department is to be highly commended. I am about ready to visit the Sales Department to purchase a new Toyota and feel certain I will experience the same great satisfaction.

the peolpe even just walking by was saying his. i thought that was great. they did all the running around for me. they were not affected by my girls looking in the cars. i got a car second hand car was ordinally from the same place i just got a new car. u had a tv room, snacks, and drinks for all. it was just a great place the two days i was there. i thank you so very much. i even brought my brother the first time and he wasnt with me when i was talking to sreng but when my brother came back he took the time to explain it all over to him for me. that was so nice. thank you so very much.

My Review of Atlantic Toyota:
My husband and I recently bought/leased a brand new 2010 Toyota Camry at the Atlantic Toyota dealership in Lynn. This was the second car we bought from Ron Alexander.Each time we worked with him we had the BEST experience. The first car we purchased is a Toyota 4-Runner. He was extremely helpfulgetting us a used, inexpensive safe car for our family. Time was a huge factor to us since we had our 1 year old running around with us and she was getting restless so he sped us the process and helped us get out of there quickly. He even gave us some of his pretzels to munch on while we waited! We knew that when it was time to buy car number two that we were going to go right to him because of his friendly easy going personality. He is a straight shooter, a family man, and an all over great guy! He gave us the best deal for what we were looking for and didn't try to push us into something we didn't want. So far we have bought two cars from him and we will definitely be going back to him when its time for our third!

My Review of Atlantic Toyota:
Caution to all: Take your car in for regular service and these guys will be on the phone with you in minutes trying to jack the cost by offering air filters and alignments. YOu can do the filters yourself - purchase from a parts store or buy them from Atlantic (more expensive) but both are easy to replace. They will tell you about wear on the tires and need for alignment even though the car shows no symptoms of alignment problems - then they rotate the tires so it doesn't even matter. They should know better that this quick way to dissuade customers from ever coming back. Be honest and truthful and you will earn customers for life; try and squeeze every nickel out anyone who walks through the door and you deserve to go out of business.

Most of our customers choose to have a Toyota dealer service their vehicles. If you are one of the lucky ones that knows how to perform your own maintenance and has the time to do so you are welcome to do so. We do not pressure our customers into services that are not necessary.

I went to Atlantic Toyota looking for a used car. Arthur approched me and we started looking at cars. He was very friendly and noligable. As we were looking at autos he showed me the 2009 Scion which he could put me in for the payments I was looking for. Once the finace was all set he had my car ready for pickup at the time a stated that I would be there to pick it up. Very positive experience.

This dealership and salesperson were a pleasure to work with. Shane even came in on his day off to help me find the dealership, and show me the vehicle, as I had driven all the way from Fredericton NB Canada. The dealership was very clean and the staff very professional.
I would definitely call Shane again for help finding another vehicle.

It was recommended to me to go to this dealer over any other one in the region. The advice was more than sound. Castro did a great job - no pressure at any point of the process, plus I got the price and payments I wanted. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had.
